My story

I was never the most confident student. Before I'd even finished my graduation, I found my way into the world of media, and that became my life for 23 years. Television, radio, print, events, sports, across India, Dubai and London.

On the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, there were things I needed to face. Instead of looking at myself, I kept moving. I ran between countries, and I tried to find myself in my career and in the money I could make. But the gaps started to show.

Then life arrived, as it does, when I least expected it. A dear friend called and said, “Let's go to Sri Lanka.” That trip was where my self-healing began.

The journey took time, and for a while I walked it with one foot still in the corporate world. Along the way, I came to see that life had blessed me with a healing energy. It had been with me since childhood, guiding me through my own struggles. I realised it wasn't only meant to heal me. It was meant to help others on their journey too.

Everything I share, I have lived. My teacher has been experience: my own healing, my own unlearning, and the people who have trusted me to walk beside them. That is how I became the healer and coach I am today.
