These terms apply to sessions with Neetu Lalwani at Radiants. By booking a session, you agree to them. Please read them carefully, and get in touch if anything is unclear.
Important: not a substitute for medical care
Radiants offers spiritual healing and life coaching. These services are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and Neetu does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.
Sessions do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Please do not stop or change any medication or treatment without speaking to your doctor. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult your GP.
If you are in crisis or your life is at risk, call 999 or go to A&E. You can also call Samaritans free, any time, on 116 123.
Our services
Radiants begins with a free 30-minute introduction consultation, so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels right. Full sessions last one hour. Sessions are [online / in person at ADDRESS].
Your responsibility
Healing and change come from your own choices and actions. Neetu will guide and support you, but no particular outcome can be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions, your wellbeing and your actions during and after sessions.
Fees and payment
The introduction consultation is free. Fees for full sessions will be confirmed with you before you book. Payment is due [before / at the time of] each session by [PAYMENT METHODS].
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a session, please give at least [24/48] hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged in full. If Neetu needs to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is kept confidential, except where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires disclosure. Our privacy policy explains how your information is handled.
Ending our work together
You are free to stop sessions at any time. Neetu may also end the working relationship if she feels the service is no longer right for you, and will suggest other sources of support where appropriate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Radiants is not liable for any loss or harm arising from decisions you make based on sessions or on content from this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
